Come to an art installation and press conference at 1:00 PM at Chicago’s historic Quinn Chapel AME Church, site of the Underground Railroad.

We shall hear testimonials from those who lost loved ones, neighbors & co-workers and discuss:
o What are the lessons learned from the Chicago 1995 Heat Wave?
o Are your family, community, school, church/mosque members and co-workers prepared for heat waves, floods, tornadoes, extreme cold and other climate emergencies?
o Do you know someone who lives or works outside or inside where there is no AC or who cannot afford AC?
o Preparedness is a communal and workplace team activity. Join us to hear what you and those you live and work with can do to prepare to survive.
